- 1 lb Pork Breakfast Sausage
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking oil.
- Cook the Sausage
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the pork breakfast sausage until browned and cooked through. Break it into crumbles with a spatula as it cooks. Remove any excess fat.
