It makes us happy to know that families are enjoying Hoosier Heritage Farm products for breakfast, lunch, or dinner around the family table. So we've always done everything we can to ensure that our customers are happy with their experience. That might mean anything from replacing or refunding a product that didn't meet expectations, to upgrading a product to the next larger size for free when we ran out of the smaller product, to giving a customer our own thawed Thanksgiving turkey because they didn't realize they had purchased a frozen turkey. We didn't want their Thanksgiving to be spoiled!
To be sure, it is rare that we have to make any kind of adjustment. But mistakes and miscommunications happen as a fact of life.
