Dandy Breeze Creamery produces milk from 100% grass-pastured Jersey cows, which provides for more protein, calcium, phosphorus, and "good for you" fats than any other breed.  Their milk is never homogenized (shake well, the cream's on top!).  Their gentle pasteurization results in better-tasting milk.
