This is our classic bacon made with our own pastured pork. It is cured and hickory smoked with a wonderful bacon-y flavor. So good!
Bacon ends are what's left at the end of the pork belly. Some pieces are sliced like regular bacon, some pieces are in chunks--great for flavoring your favorite dish!
