I love this barbeque sauce! Not super thick or super sweet like a lot of store-bought BBQ sauces, it has just the right texture to drizzle over some good pasture-raised meat. Don't be scared by the habanero--even the "hot" version is not too hot.
Comes in 3 levels of heat:
- Mild Sweet Habanero: More sweet, minimal heat. Comparable to a black pepper level of heat.
- Medium Sweet Habanero: Equal amount of sweet to heat. Comparable to a medium taco sauce type of heat.
- Hot Sweet Habanero: Sweet beginnings to a big kick of heat. Puts a tingle on the lips.
