This is the most complex area of the beef with many muscles. These cuts are nice and flavorful but should be slow cooked. These are bone-in roasts and are great for pot roasts or stew meat.

Our cattle are completely grass fed and finished. They have not consumed any grain or GMO feeds, and they are free from antibiotics and artificial growth hormones. The result is naturally lean and exceptionally flavorful meat from a happy cow who has spent its life grazing in green pastures or on high quality hay.
