The coronavirus has caused disruption in almost every part of our daily lives, and Hoosier Heritage Farm is no exception. To lessen the risk of spreading the virus, we are temporarily suspending the use of our wonderful insulated grocery bags. While normally we would encourage re-use, for the time being we are delivering in disposable, one-time-use bags. It seems a shame to put really great food in a trash bag, but that’s the best way to keep you safe.
Deliveries will be left on your porch, and we will alert you via text when we make a drop-off. So make sure we have your correct cell number.
For pick-ups at the farm, we will leave your order on our front porch.
We apologize if this causes you any inconvenience. We are so grateful for each and every one of customers . . . for those who stop by the farm and voluntarily wait outside while we prepare their orders, for those who call and express concern for our farm family, and for those wondering about the animals (by the way, they are all doing great—unaffected by the coronavirus, the animals are just waiting for the pastures to green up again!).
Thank you for your support, and please stay safe. We will all get through this trying time together!
